TL;DR: In this paper, a maceration method using methanol solvent was used to extract roots of R. apiculata mangrove roots and the secondary metabolites classes of alkaloids, flavonoids and triterpenoids were determined qualitatively by using several phytochemical reagents.
Abstract: Indonesia has many kinds of mangrove but they have not been widely utilized as health food and medicinal products because of the limited information and research on the content of bioactive compounds in the mangroves. One of the mangrove species that are found in the Bontang mangrove forest, East Kalimantan is R. apiculata . It is used as fuel, building materials, shipbuilding, and as traditional medicine. This study aims to determine the class of secondary metabolites compounds and the antibacterial activity of methanol extract of R. apiculata mangrove roots. The extraction was performed by maceration method using methanol solvent. Secondary metabolites compounds class in the mangrove sample was determined qualitatively by using several phytochemical reagents. Antibacterial test against E. coli and S. aureus were performed using diffusion method with various concentration of the roots-mangrove methanol extract of 500, 250, and 125 ug/well. Incubation was performed in various time of 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours. Phytochemical test results showed that the roots-mangrove methanol extract of R. apiculata contained secondary metabolites classes of alkaloids, flavonoids and triterpenoids. The extract does not inhibit the growth of E. coli , but it could inhibit the growth of S. aureus at 500 ug / well with incubation time of 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours and have inhibition zones of 7.95 mm, 8.3 mm, 8.0 mm, and 7.0 mm, respectively. At a concentration of 250 ug/ well with an incubation time of 48 hours has a 7.5 mm of inhibition zone. Those inhibitions are relatively weak category.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used a hybrid exponential smoothing based on state space approach and calendar variation model to forecast the inflow and outflow of money currency in each Representative Office (RO) of BI in East Java by using the hybrid model is expected to generate more accurate forecast.
Abstract: Money currency availability in Bank Indonesia can be examined by inflow and outflow of money currency. The objective of this research is to forecast the inflow and outflow of money currency in each Representative Office (RO) of BI in East Java by using a hybrid exponential smoothing based on state space approach and calendar variation model. Hybrid model is expected to generate more accurate forecast. There are two studies that will be discussed in this research. The first studies about hybrid model using simulation data that contain pattern of trends, seasonal and calendar variation. The second studies about the application of a hybrid model for forecasting the inflow and outflow of money currency in each RO of BI in East Java. The first of results indicate that exponential smoothing model can not capture the pattern calendar variation. It results RMSE values 10 times standard deviation of error. The second of results indicate that hybrid model can capture the pattern of trends, seasonal and calendar variation. It results RMSE values approaching the standard deviation of error. In the applied study, the hybrid model give more accurate forecast for five variables : the inflow of money currency in Surabaya, Malang, Jember and outflow of money currency in Surabaya and Kediri. Otherwise, the time series regression model yields better for three variables : outflow of money currency in Malang, Jember and inflow of money currency in Kediri. TL;DR: In this paper, kulit durian dapat diolah menghasilkan asap cair and karbon aktif dengan metode pirolisis.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of solvabilitas financial ratios, activity and profitability of the company measured by value (Tobin's q) at manufacturing consumer goods industry sector on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of solvabilitas financial ratios, activity and profitability of the company measured by value (Tobin's q) at manufacturing consumer goods industry sector on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Tthis study using a quantitative approach methode. While the types of data used is secondary data. The population used in this study is a company manufacturing consumer goods industry sector in Bursa Efek Indonesia period of 2010-2013. By using purposive sampling techniques or methods to obtain samples. The samples used were 24 companies from 36 industry sectors consumer goods companies that went public during the observation period of 4 years. Data collection method used is the technique of documentation and technical literature. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using T partially, F test simultaneously and test the coefficient of determination while testing for the model using the classic assumption test results showed a variable Solvency significant negative effect on Tobin's q (t = -2.957; Sig = 0.004) while the variable Activities no significant effect on Tobin's q (t = 0.096; Sig = 0.923) and for the variable profitability showed a positive influence and significant impact on Tobin's q (t = 12.364; Sig = 0.000). F test results indicate that the variable Solvency, Activity and Profitability simultaneously affect the Tobin's q (F count = 57.767; Sig = 0.000). So, the final equation of research results is Y = -1.570 - 0.191 X 1 + 0.009 X 2 + 0.659 X 3 + ei.
