Abstract: In recent years, the emergence of newly identified acute and chronic infectious disorders caused by diverse combinations of pathogens, termed polymicrobial diseases, has had catastrophic consequences for humans. Antimicrobial agents have been clinically proven to be effective in the pharmacological treatment of polymicrobial diseases. Unfortunately, an increasing trend in the emergence of multi-drug-resistant pathogens and limited options for delivery of antimicrobial drugs might seriously impact humans’ efforts to combat polymicrobial diseases in the coming decades. New antimicrobial agents with novel mechanism(s) of action and new pharmaceutical formulations or delivery systems to target infected sites are urgently required. In this review, we discuss the prospective use of novel antimicrobial compounds isolated from natural products to treat polymicrobial infections, mainly via mechanisms related to inhibition of biofilm formation. Drug-delivery systems developed to deliver antimicrobial compounds to both intracellular and extracellular pathogens are discussed. We further discuss the effectiveness of several biofilm-targeted delivery strategies to eliminate polymicrobial biofilms. At the end, we review the applications and promising opportunities for various drug-delivery systems, when compared to conventional antimicrobial therapy, as a pharmacological means to treat polymicrobial diseases.

Abstract: In this research, the researcher focused on finding the types of illocutionary act, the context of illocutionary act and whether Judy Hopps’ utterances affected the hearers performing the perlocutionary act in Zootopia movie. The researcher used two theories by George Yule and Dell Hymes in order to answer the three research questions; what types of illocutioay acts performed by Judy Hopps’ utterances, what the contexts of ilocutionay acts found in Judy Hopps’ utterances and how successful the illocutionary acts of Judy Hopps’ utterances affected the hearers performing the perlocutionary acts in Zootopia movie. Illocutionary act is performing an act by saying something. There were five types of illocutionary act, such as: representatives, directives, commissives, expressives and declarations. Zootopia movie is a story about a little rabbit; named Judy Hopps as the main character in Zootopia movie. She is an idealistic, cheery, and optimistic and then she wants to be a police officer in Zootopia city. Using descriptive qualitative method, the data of this research were gathered from the utterances containing the types and the context of illocutionary act also whether Judy Hopps’ utterances affected the hearers performing the perlocutionary act in the conversation of Zootopia movie. The results showed that there were thirteen utterances in the form of representative which can be categorized into statements of fact, assert, conclusion, inform, affirm, and report. Thirteen directive utterances in the form of commands, orders, insist, ask, entreat, request. Commissives appeared in the form of commit, promising, refuse, wishing and threatening. Expressives which appear in the form of complimenting, deploring, greeting, mocking, thanking, praising, apologizing, and leave-taking. The last type of illocutionary act was declaration which appeared in the form of approving. Keywords: Zootopia movie, types of illocutionary act, the context of illocutionary act, the perlocutionary act ABSTRAK Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti fokus mengetahui jenis-jenis tindak ilokusi, konteks tindak ilokusi dan apakah ungkapan-ungkapan Judy Hopps mempengaruhi pendengar menampilkan efek dari tindak ilokusi tersebut di film Zootopia. Peneliti menggunakan dua teori dari George Yule dan Dell Hynes untuk menjawab tiga rumusan-rumusan masalah, yaitu: apa saja jenis-jenis tindak ilokusi yang ditampilkan dari ungkapan-ungkapan Judy Hopps; apa saja konteks-konteks yang di temukan pada ungkapan-ungkapan Judy Hopps dan bagaimana sukses atau tidak suksesnya tindak ilokusi pada ungkapan-ungkapan Judy Hopps yang mempengaruhi pendengar dalam menampilkan efek dari tindak ilokusi tersebut dari ungkapan Judy Hopps. Tindak ilokusi adalah melakukan suatu tindakan dengan mengatakan sesuatu. Ada lima jenis-jenis tindak ilokusi, yaitu: representative, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif. Film Zootopia adalah kisah tentang seekor kelinci, dia adalah Judy Hopps sebagai pemeran utama dalam film Zootopia. Dia adalah seekor kelinci yang idealistik, riang, optimis, dan kemudian dia ingin menjadi seorang polisi di kota Zootopia. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari ungkapan-ungkapan yang berisi jenis tindak ilokusi, konteks tindak ilokusi dan ungkapan-ungkapan Judy Hopps yang mempengaruhi pendengar menampilkan efek dari tindak ilokusi tersebut dari ucapan Judy Hoops. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga belas ungkapan dalam bentuk representative yang dapat dikategorikan kedalam menyatakan suatu fakta, menuntut, kesimpulan, memberitahukan, menegaskan, dan melaporkan. Tiga belas ungkapan direktif dalam bentuk memerintah, pemesanan, meminta dengan tegas, bertanya, memohon dengan sangat dan meminta. Komisif muncul dalam bentuk melakukan, member, harapan, menolak, berharap, dan mengancam. Ekpresif muncul dalam bentuk memuji, menyesalkan, salam, menghina, meminta maaf, dan berpisah. Data analysis with inductive and more.This policy evaluation study examines the TQM policy documents required for schools implementing the ISO. The evaluation model uses the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model developed by Stuffebeam. Component Criteria. From the vision statement. The input components of the curriculum, financing, facilities and infrastructure, educators and educators as well as students, curriculum preparation process components, teaching materials, teaching and learning process and assessment, while product / output components of student satisfaction, student achievement and school performance implements TQM ISO.Research result. TQM ISO-based schools need to be implemented, both schools have the formulation of vision, mission, goals and restra. The input components of all schools have implemented the 2013 curriculum, discipline, sufficient facilities and infrastructure, educators and educators are in accordance with standards and there are standards of acceptance. The process component shows all teachers have been preparing syllabus, lesson plan and teaching materials, and teaching and learning process and assessment according to the standard. Existing Product / Outputs. Students, student achievement and achievement in applying ISO 9001-2008 well.Suggestions of these results are (1) improvements from the TQM ISO understanding for all stakeholders, (2) need also from the same language, and (3) improve the ISO-based TQM with commitment improvement, paradigm shift, mental attitude and organizing the guarantee system quality.

Abstract: Indonesia has becoming one of the countries with highest rate in Covid-19 transmission and part of 15 biggest countries in the world with highest death rate because of it. Various efforts have been conducting to persuade people such as delivering the Covid-19 education messages by new media TikTok. This research is a qualitative research with content analysis as the method. The object choosen are three video in new media TikTok that come from the point of view of the health workers, family of the health workers and society. The theory used is The Persuasive Theory. The results show that the persuasive carried out through the research object used an evidence-based approach, using humor and based on diction. Based on diction is carried out from the side of the health worker family members. Based on the evidence is carried out from the point of view of people affected by the virus. The humor approach is carried out from the perspective of medical personnel. The message structure contained in the video object shows uniformity, including the presentation of messages consisting of one-sided, the order in which the message is presented using the climax flow and drawing conclusions that indicate the message is expressed or addressed directly.

Abstract: This study aims to develop text learning materials to write complex procedures with learning discovery learning model using audiovisual media (video). The research form used is research and development method (RaD). The design used in the research and development of this teaching material adopted from Borg and Gall design model. This development research was conducted in SMA. The result of validation of this teaching material proved to be valid with the average of validation of content (material) 82% said valid, validation of 100% validity of the linguist, and the validation result of the media expert on the 93% video assessment stated very valid and on the handbook rating 84% students stated very valid. The results of the class XI test of SMA showed 86% stated very valid. From the result of data analysis through t-test formula yield Thitung (13,68)g ttabel (1,703), so there is the cognitive difference between before and after student use instructional material developed in book with learning discovery learning modeling using audio-visual media with the material text of complex class XI procedures. Then the results of the development that has been done to improve student learning outcomes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar menulis teks prosedur kompleks dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning menggunakan media audio visual (video). Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Reseacrh and Development). Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan bahan ajar ini mengadopsi dari model desain Borg and Gall. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan di SMA. Hasil validasi bahan ajar ini terbukti valid dengan rata-rata dari validasi isi (materi) 82% meyatakan valid, hasil validasi ahli bahasa 100% menyatakan sangat valid, dan hasil validasi ahli media pada penilaian video 93% menyatakan sangat valid dan pada penilaian buku pegangan siswa 84% menyatakan sangat valid. Hasil ujicoba kelas XI SMA menunjukkan 86% menyatakan sangat valid. Dari hasil analisis data melalui rumus uji t-test menghasilkan Thitung (13,68) g ttabel (1,703), sehingga terdapat perbedaan kognitif antara sebelum dan sesudah siswa menggunakan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dalam buku dengan pemodelan pembelajaran discovery learning menggunakan media audio visual dengan materi teks prosedur kompleks kelas XI. Maka hasil pengembangan yang telah dilakukan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
