Simple Additive Weighting to Diagnose Rabbit Disease

Abstract: Rabbit is one of the many pets maintained by the general public in Indonesia. Like other pet, rabbits are also susceptible to various diseases. Society in general does not understand correctly the type of rabbit disease and the way of treatment. To help care for sick rabbits it is necessary a decision support system recommendation diagnosis of rabbit disease. The purpose of this research is to make the application of rabbit disease diagnosis system so that can help user in taking care of rabbit. This application diagnoses the disease by tracing the symptoms and calculating the recommendation of the disease using Simple Additive Weighting method. This research produces a web-based decision support system that is used to help rabbit breeders and the general public.

Semantic data mapping technology to solve semantic data problem on heterogeneity aspect

Abstract: The diversity of applications developed with different programming languages, application/data architectures, database systems and representation of data/information leads to heterogeneity issues. One of the problem challenges in the problem of heterogeneity is about heterogeneity data in term of semantic aspect. The semantic aspect is about data that has the same name with different meaning or data that has a different name with the same meaning. The semantic data mapping process is the best solution in the current days to solve semantic data problem. There are many semantic data mapping technologies that have been used in recent years. This research aims to compare and analyze existing semantic data mapping technology using five criteria’s. After comparative and analytical process, this research provides recommendations of appropriate semantic data mapping technology based on several criteria’s. Furthermore, at the end of this research we apply the recommended semantic data mapping technology to be implemented with the real data in the specific application. The result of this research is the semantic data mapping file that contains all data structures in the application data source. This semantic data mapping file can be used to map, share and integrate with other semantic data mapping from other applications and can also be used to integrate with the ontology language.

Augmented Reality for Office and Basic Programming Laboratory Peripheral

Abstract: Submission of information can use 3-dimensional (3D) images that will make information clearer and more interesting. Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FKTI) one of the faculties located at Mulawarman University. Base rooms and laboratories are often used and if someone wants to do peripherals then he will look for additional peripherals. However, they do not have a device that can be used to know the pattern of each room function and the learning environment must have additional devices to facilitate the use of Augmented Reality 3D media. Therefore, it is necessary to have augmented reality media to provide an understanding of visual information for the faculty room and the basic laboratory of the FKTI program. Each scheme of determining markers is adjusted to the point where the camera will scan. Tests are carried out to show the results are done on plain paper that already has their own floor plan and in each room partition can display basic information about the room. Light testing is also done with the result that if the light is $\gt300$ lux then it can be ascertained that AR visibility will appear quickly.

Konvergensi dan Kompetisi Media Massa dalam Memenangkan Pasar di Era Media Digital di Makassar

Abstract: The aim of the research was to analyze the printed mass media in making use of new media (online media) in order that they are able to converge and compete in an attempt to seize market in order to reap the advertisements and readers in the digital media era in Makassar.The Research was conducted to the editors in Chief, reportage coordinators and the manager of online media in Makassar, i.e. Tribun Timur Makassar and Fajar. Informants were selected by using purposive sampling methode based on the consideration that those informants knew well of what was expected from the research. The methodes of collecting the data were observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed using by qualitative analysis.The results reveal that mass media convergence could overcome the decrease of the number of readers on mainstream media since the distribution of news does no longer only rely on newspapers but also on online media. The presence of these online media is a part of conventional media aiming to strengthen the media function of media so that they could expand the reader networks through a wider range of the distribution of news. This is the answer to market demands in order to survive and win the market in digital media era in Makassar. Mass media competition is analyzed by using Niche theory in which the media compete in one another in the same ecological space to obtain the source of life support, i.e. capital, content, and audience. Capital (advertisement) is the primary source of support, so online media are seriously given attention in order that they give a large amount of turnover. However, the income obtained from advertisements is still low compared to that of newspapers since the form of competition is not really high. This is because the companies in Makassar do not give a big advertisement budget allocation in online media.

Effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract: The rapid growth of food business in Indonesia also leads to increased competition. Restaurants should have the advantage of being able to compete in order to survive and win the competition in this food business. One way that can be used to achieve such excellence is to implement the right quality of service and product quality so as to improve customer satisfaction and create consumer loyalty. This research aims to analyse the impact of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction and the customer loyalty in restaurants and to know which factors are influential in the restaurant. In the data collection, researchers spread the questionnaire to 50 respondents who were consumers of the restaurants in Samarinda. This research Data is obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires through a questionnaire that is further analyzed by using path analysis, boostraping and pls alogaritma. The equation Model is processed using the SmartPLS application version 3. The result of this research is that the quality of service has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has significant effect on consumer loyalty.
