TL;DR: In this paper, a classification method for grading the maturity level of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) was developed, which used a dataset of 150 images with three different classes: raw, under-ripe, and ripe.
Abstract: Grading maturity oil palm fresh fruit bunches (FFB) is an essential issue in the agriculture sector because the quality of palm oil determines based on the maturity level. Recently, the production of high-quality palm oil has increased continually. Therefore, the implementation of computer vision in agriculture for grading the maturity of oil palm FFB is required to avoid subjectivity in determining the maturity level. This study develops a classification method for grading the maturity level of FFB. Generally, this classification method performed using the color feature. In this study, the color feature is used to distinguish the maturity level of oil palm FFB. The mean value extracted as the color features in L*a*b color space is followed by implementing a machine learning method: Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), in the classification process. The experiment used a dataset of 150 images with three different classes: raw, under-ripe, and ripe. The dataset is applied in two stages: training and testing of 60 images and 90 images, respectively. The performance evaluation of the method used successfully achieved an accuracy value of 98.89% using a testing dataset of 90 images.

TL;DR: This study has produced recommendations for the selection of exemplary health personnel with an accuracy of 86.67%.
The selection of exemplary medical personnel is an annual event held by the Public Health office which aims to reward those who have already served in the community health centers. Manual evaluation method is considered to be less productive, subjective and less efficient. Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to facilitate the work of the jury team in determining exemplary health personnel to be more objective, professional and transparent. The system was built stand alone made as the best alternative for regions where internet access is not sufficient. This research was carried out through literature review and direct interviews with the health personnel assessment team. The model that was used in this research is Multi Attribute Utility Theory method. MAUT was used because it did not have the value of cost and benefit in determining decisions. This study has produced recommendations for the selection of exemplary health personnel with an accuracy of 86.67%.

TL;DR: In this study, mobile device Android platform is used to display interactive brochures of tourism promotion containing 3D models, animations, and sounds and will provide information in of real attractions of the tourism objects in the Purbalingga district.
Abstract: This paper presents the development of an interactive mobile Augmented Reality (AR) for tourism promotion with eXtreme programming (XP) at Purbalingga district, Central Java that has many places of tourist attractions such as Owabong, Purbasari Pancuran Mas, Sanggaluri Park and Buper Munjuluhur. By applying the AR concept it is expected the tourism objects could be enhanced by augmenting the virtual brochures which could be viewed over a mobile device. In this study, mobile device Android platform is used to display interactive brochures of tourism promotion containing 3D models, animations, and sounds. The brochure will provide information in of real attractions of the tourism objects in the Purbalingga district.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors provide empirical evidence about the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting, namely; Company size (SIZE), ownership structure (OWN), Provitabilitas, Leverage and Liquidity.
Abstract: The financial statements are the financial information presented and delivered by a company to internal and external parties , which includes all business activities of an entity which is one of accountability and communication management tools to the parties that need . The financial statements are the primary means of communicating financial information to parties outside the company . In companies that have gone public they are required to report their financial statements to the public , is governed by Law no.8 of 1995 on capital markets . This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting, namely; Company size (SIZE), ownership structure (OWN), Provitabilitas, Leverage and Liquidity. Samples were selected by using purposive sampling , which means that the sample used in this study are samples that meet certain criteria . Intended use of this method is to obtain a representative sample . Then the samples used in this study are 240 manufacturing companies that report financial statements in 2008, 2009 and 2010. The results of this study found empirical evidence that firm size (SIZE) positive effect with variable probability of 0.008 , a positive leverage effect with a variable probability of 0,003 and a positive effect on liquidity. While the ownership structure (OWN) no positive effect with the probability of 0.936 and profitability varaibel no positive effect with a variable probability of 0.676 .
