TLDR
In this article, the synthesis and characterization of μ-η 2 : η 2 peroxo dinuclear copper(II) complexes which to oxyhemocyanin (or oxytyrosinase) in their physicochemical properties are presented.Abstract:
The synthesis and characterization of μ-η 2 :η 2 peroxo dinuclear copper(II) complexes which to oxyhemocyanin (or oxytyrosinase) in their physicochemical properties are presented. The low-temperature reaction of a di-μ-hydroxo copper(II) complex [Cu(HB(3,5-i-Pr 2 pz) 3 )] 2 (OH) 2 (8) with H 2 O 2 gave a μ-peroxo complex [Cu(HB(3,5-i-Pr 2 pz) 3 )] 2 (O 2 ) (6)read more

Homogeneous Copper-Catalyzed Oxidations
TL;DR: A review of the role of copper containing active sites in metalloproteins that catalyze oxidation or oxygenation reactions in nature can be found in this paper, where the authors focus on the results obtained in catalysis and the mechanistic studies undertaken to support these results; therefore less emphasis is given to more fundamental coordination chemistry aspects of the Cu-complexes described as well as their spectroscopic characteristics.

Copper(I) nitro complex with an anionic [HB(3,5-Me2Pz)3]− ligand: a synthetic model for the copper nitrite reductase active site.
Sodio C. N. Hsu,Yu-Lun Chang,Yu-Lun Chang,Wan-Jung Chuang,Hsing-Yin Chen,I-Jung Lin,Michael Y. Chiang,Chai-Lin Kao,Hsuan-Ying Chen +8 more
TL;DR: Overall, the results of this effort show that synthetic models, based on neutral HC(3,5-Me(2)Pz)(3) and anionic anionic [HB(3-5- me-2-Pz-3)](-) ligands, mimic the electronic influence of (His)( 3) ligands in the environment of the type II copper center of copper nitrite reductases (Cu-NIRs).

Adsorption of oxygen on copper in Cu/HZSM5 zeolites
TL;DR: In this article, the active sites for oxygen adsorption in both copper-free and copper-containing HZSM5 zeolites were characterized using FTIR, EPR, EXAFS and UV-Vis measurements.

(Pyrazolyl)-(phosphinoyl)pyridine iron(II), cobalt(II) and nickel(II) complexes: Synthesis, characterization and ethylene oligomerization studies
TL;DR: In this article, pyrazolyl-phosphinoyl-pyridine ligands 2-((3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-6-((diphenylphosphinyl)methyl) pyridine (L1b ) and 2.2b ) were synthesized in high yields and characterized by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and elemental analyses.

Stable Gold(II) Complexes in the Gas Phase
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that gold(II) is capable of forming stable coordination complexes similar to those seen for Cu(II), Ag(II, and Ag(III) in the gas phase.
