The use of waste materials in asphalt concrete mixtures.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of rubber and plastic concentrations and rubber particle sizes on properties of asphalt cement and asphalt concrete specimens were investigated, and the effect of fly ash, marble powder, rubber powder and petroleum contaminated soil as filler materials instead of stone powder in the asphalt concrete pavement specimens.
