Abstract
The detailed structure of the interaction of a strong stellar wind with the interstellar medium is presented. First, an adiabatic similarity solution is given which is applicable at early times. Second, a similarity solution is derived which includes the effects of thermal conduction between the hot (about 1 million K) interior and the cold shell of swept-up interstellar matter. This solution is then modified to include the effects of radiative energy losses. The evolution of an interstellar bubble is calculated, including the radiative losses. The quantitative results for the outer-shell radius and velocity and the column density of highly ionized species such as O VI are within a factor 2 of the approximate results of Castor, McCray, and Weaver (1975). The effect of stellar motion on the structure of a bubble, the hydrodynamic stability of the outer shell, and the observable properties of the hot region and the outer shell are discussed.

On the properties of H i shells in the Small Magellanic Cloud

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the relationship of shell-like structures with young stellar objects and found that the properties of these shells are very similar to the rest of the shells, once selection biases are taken into account.

Three-dimensional simulations of magnetized superbubbles: new insights into the importance of mhd effects on observed quantities

TL;DR: In this paper, three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) simulations of magnetized superbubbles are presented to study the importance of MHD effects in the interpretation of images from recent surveys of the Galactic plane.

Dusty Wind-Blown Bubbles

TL;DR: In this paper, the role of dust in wind-blown bubble cooling and evolution is investigated, and it is shown that dust sputtering and especially dust-gas friction would imply relatively short timescales for dust survival in the wind-shocked region of the bubble.

Discovery of molecular shells associated with supernova remnants. i. kesteven 69

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors made millimeter spectroscopic observations of the molecular gas toward the young composite supernova remnant (SNR) Kesteven 75 (Kes 75), which has an unusual morphology with a bright southern half-shell structure in multi-wavelengths.
