TLDR
It is shown that NCHT is a natural-ordered version of complex Hadamard transform whereas SCHT shows the sequency ordering, which is parallel to their real-valued counterparts, the WHT and thesequency-ordered Walsh transform (SOWT).About:

Sliding Conjugate Symmetric Sequency-Ordered Complex Hadamard Transform: Fast Algorithm and Applications
TL;DR: In this paper, a fast algorithm for the computation of sliding conjugate symmetric sequency-ordered complex Hadamard transform (CS-SCHT) was presented, which requires O(N) arithmetic operations, which is more efficient than block-based algorithms of various transforms and the sliding FFT algorithm, but less efficient than the sliding WHT algorithms.

Sliding conjugate symmetric sequency-ordered complex hadamard transform: Fast algorithm and applications
TL;DR: This paper presents a fast algorithm for the computation of forward and backward sliding conjugate symmetric se-quency-ordered complex Hadamard transform (CSSCHT), which is more efficient than the block-based algorithm and those based on the sliding FFT and the sliding DFT.

Sequency Domain Signal Processing Using Complex Hadamard Transform
D. Jabeen,G. Monir,F. Azim +2 more
TL;DR: This paper analyzes sequency domain (SD) signal processing as an alternate to the conventional frequency domain signal processing and observes that in comparison with frequency spectrum, spectral energy of sequency spectrum is spread over the entire spectrum.

Hierarchical Cubical Tensor Decomposition through Low Complexity Orthogonal Transforms
TL;DR: The main advantage of the proposed algorithms is the reduction of the needed calculations due to the low number of hierarchical levels compared to the significant number of iterations needed to achieve the required decomposition accuracy based on the statistical methods.

Hilbert Transforms in Signal Processing
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose a method of generating one-dimensional Hilbert transform using samples of a function. But they do not discuss the application of the Hilbert transform in signal and system theory.

Transform Coding Techniques for Lossy Hyperspectral Data Compression
TL;DR: It is shown that the scheme based on the proposed low-complexity KLT significantly outperforms previous schemes as to rate-distortion performance, and an evaluation framework based on both reconstruction fidelity and impact on image exploitation is introduced.
