TL;DR: Caramazepine (antipsychoactive), atenolol (antihypertensive), triclocarban and triclosan (antimicrobials), trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole (antibacterials), ibuprofen and acetaminophen (analgesics), and caffeine are the most commonly detected at higher concentrations in Indian WTPs that treat predominantly the domestic sewage.
