Giant magnetodrag in graphene at charge neutrality

TL;DR: Experimental data and theoretical analysis of Coulomb drag between two closely positioned graphene monolayers in a weak magnetic field show the coexistence of electrons and holes in each layer leads to a dramatic increase of the drag resistivity away from charge neutrality.
Journal ArticleDOI

Stacking boundaries and transport in bilayer graphene

TL;DR: It is argued, using a numerical analysis, that the hallmark features of the previously inferred many-body insulating state can be explained by scattering on boundaries between domains with different stacking order (AB and BA).
Journal ArticleDOI

High thermal conductivity of hexagonal boron nitride laminates

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that laminates of hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) exhibit thermal conductivity of up to 20 W/mK, which is significantly larger than that currently used in thermal management.
Journal ArticleDOI

Formation of Monolayer Graphene by Annealing Sacrificial Nickel Thin Films

TL;DR: In this paper, the Ni thin films are deposited on Si/SiO2 and, following annealing, have a polycrystalline morphology with grain sizes on the order of 1 μm.
