Journal ArticleDOI

Accurate long-range forecasting of COVID-19 mortality in the USA.

TL;DR: The authors used machine learning techniques to design an adaptive learner that, based on epidemiological data available at any given time, produces a model that accurately forecasts the number of reported COVID-19 deaths and cases in the United States, up to 10 weeks into the future with a mean absolute percentage error of 9%.
Journal ArticleDOI

The BioTools Suite. A comprehensive suite of platform-independent bioinformatics tools.

TL;DR: The BioTools Suite is a set of three comprehensive, platform-independent software packages developed for sequence assembly and analysis that incorporate a number of useful innovations including uniform graphical-user interface (GUI) design, direct internet connectivity, a novel approach to feature annotation, and a variety of enhanced algorithms for large scale proteome and genome analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

High level secretion of single-chain antibody in Pichia expression system

TL;DR: Single chain Fv-170 maintained the intrinsic binding activity and exhibited the same binding pattern as that of MAb 170H, as measured in competitive radioimmunoassay (RIA) experiments.
