Journal ArticleDOI

Letters: A robust aerial image registration method using Gaussian mixture models

TL;DR: A novel aerial image registration algorithm which is based on Gaussian mixture models based on a shape feature detector which computes the boundaries of regions with nearly the same gray-value to extract invariant feature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Stability of stochastic delay switched neural networks with all unstable subsystems: A multiple discretized Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals method

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors considered switching stochastic delay neural networks (SSDNNs) with all unstable subsystems and analyzed the exponential stability of SSDNNs with all stable subsystems.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Impact of the Subsidy Policy on Total Factor Productivity: An Empirical Analysis of China's Cotton Production

TL;DR: In this article, a model to explore the relationship between the subsidy policy and the agricultural total factor productivity (TFP) was developed, which indicated that the agricultural TFP will be lower after the subsidies are implemented and there exists a negative relation between the subsidies and TFP, if subsidies are associated with the acreage.
Journal ArticleDOI

New results on stability analysis and stabilization of time-delay continuous Markovian jump systems with partially known rates matrix

TL;DR: In this paper, the problems of stability analysis and controller synthesis of Markovian jump systems with time-varying delay and partially known transition rates are investigated via an input-output approach.
Journal ArticleDOI

A new deep learning framework based on blood pressure range constraint for continuous cuffless BP estimation

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors proposed a novel cuffless BP estimation framework of Receptive Field Parallel Attention Shrinkage Network (RFPASN) and BP range constraint, which achieved MAE of 1.63/1.59 (DBP) and 2.26/2.15 (SBP) for BP on total population of 1562 subjects.
