The Integration of Gold Nanoparticles with Polymerase Chain Reaction for Constructing Colorimetric Sensing Platforms for Detection of Health-Related DNA and Proteins

TL;DR: This perspective gives an overview of established methods based on the combination of PCR and AuNPs for the visual detection of health-related DNA and proteins and addresses the future trends and perspectives for PCR–AuNP hybrid biosensors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bone morphogenetic protein signalling in pulmonary hypertension: advances and therapeutic implications.

TL;DR: This review covers recent evidence highlighting the crucial pathophysiological roles and molecular mechanisms of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) signalling pathway during the progression of pulmonary hypertension (PH) and discusses targeting of BMP signalling as a new treatment option against PH.
Journal Article

[Clinical significance of the expression of lung resistance protein in non-small cell lung carcinomas]

TL;DR: expression of LRP is related to multidrug resistance of NSCLC, which in turn related to the efficacy and prognosis of chemotherapy, and may be valuable for choice of chemotherapy regimen.
Journal ArticleDOI

The influencing factors of discrimination against recovered Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients in China: a national study.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used a multiple ordered logistic regression model to assess the associations between potential determinants and the COVID-19 discrimination level and suggest policy recommendations to reduce such discrimination.
