Control of Hot Carrier Cooling in Lead Halide Perovskites by Point Defects.
TL;DR: In this article , the cooling dynamics of MAPbI3 perovskite with common vacancy point defects and an interstitial point defect (e.g., Ii-) were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Phase Ia/Ib Study of the Selective MET Inhibitor, Savolitinib, in Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors: Safety, Efficacy, and Biomarkers
Yakun Wang,Tian Liu,Gongyan Chen,Jifang Gong,Y. Bai,Tao-liang Zhang,N. Xu,Li Liu,Jianming Xu,Jianxing He,Yunpeng Liu,Li cheng Zhang,Da Jiang,Mengzhao Wang,Jianhua Chang,Wei Liu,Chunmei Bai,Jinghong Zhou,Jian Wang,Yong Xin Ren,Li-yong Zhang,Weiguo Su,Baorui Liu,Lin Shen +23 more
TL;DR: The aim of this study was to confirm in Chinese patients the recommended phase II dose of savolitinib and to explore overall benefit in tumors bearing c-Met aberration.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lentiviral-mediated multiple gene transfer to chondrocytes promotes chondrocyte differentiation and bone formation in rabbit bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells.
TL;DR: Cytokines play an important role in cell proliferation and chondrogenic differentiation and IL-10 may have a protective role in the restoration of cartilaginous tissue.
Journal ArticleDOI
Identification of a Twelve-Gene Signature and Establishment of a Prognostic Nomogram Predicting Overall Survival for Medulloblastoma.
Sihan Zhu,Fuhua Lin,Zhenghe Chen,Xiaobing Jiang,Ji Zhang,Qunying Yang,Yinsheng Chen,Jian Wang +7 more
TL;DR: A twelve-gene signature comprising FOXM1, NEK2, CCT2, ACTL6A, EIF4A3, CCND2, ABL1, SYNCRIP, ITGB1, NRXN2, ENAH, and UMPS was established to predict overall survival of medulloblastoma and the ROC curve showed good performance in survival prediction in both the train cohort and the validation cohort.
Journal ArticleDOI
The roles of interleukins in perfusion recovery after peripheral arterial disease.
TL;DR: An increasing body of evidence supports the notion that inflammation plays an important role in the vascular remodeling and perfusion recovery after PAD.
