Nanohydroxyapatite, Nanosilicate-Reinforced Injectable, and Biomimetic Gelatin-Methacryloyl Hydrogel for Bone Tissue Engineering.
Zhe Shi,Qiang Zhong,Yuhang Chen,Jian Gao,Xin Pan,Qiang Lian,Rong Chen,Pin‐kai Wang,Jian Wang,Zhanjun Shi,Hao Cheng +10 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper designed and fabricated a mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-laden, nanohydroxyapatite (HAP), and nanosilicate (SN)-loaded bone mimetic and injectable gelatin-methacryloyl hydrogel (GelMA-HAP-SN) system for bone tissue engineering.
Reference EntryDOI
Outreach strategies for expanding health insurance coverage in children.
TL;DR: Evidence is provided that in the US providing health insurance information and application assistance, and handing out application materials in hospital emergency departments can probably both improve insurance coverage of children.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preclinical pharmacokinetics, disposition, and translational pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling of savolitinib, a novel selective cMet inhibitor.
Yi Gu,Yang Sai,Jian Wang,Meijing Yu,Guanglin Wang,Li Zhang,Hongcan Ren,Shiming Fan,Yongxin Ren,Weiguo Qing,Weiguo Su +10 more
TL;DR: This research characterized its pharmacokinetics in preclinical phase, established the preclinical relationships between PK, cMet modulation and anti-tumor efficacy, and supported clinical development of savolitinib.
Journal ArticleDOI
A TOR2A Gene Product: Salusin-β Contributes to Attenuated Vasodilatation of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats
TL;DR: Results indicated that enhanced salusin-β activity is involved in attenuated endothelium-dependent vasodilatation pathogenesis in SHR by activating NAD(P)H oxidase derived ROS generation and inhibiting eNOS activation and NO release.
Journal ArticleDOI
Remodeling of rat pulmonary artery induced by chronic smoking exposure.
TL;DR: In SD rats, smoking exposure induces pulmonary vascular remodeling and the consequences of increased SOCE include increase in TRPC1/4/6, probably via augmented BMP4 expression, which also contribute to inflammatory responses in the lung.
