Journal ArticleDOI
Effects of an amyloid-beta 1-42 oligomers antibody screened from a phage display library in APP/PS1 transgenic mice.
TL;DR: Anti-Aβ1-42 antibodies (11A5) screened from the human scFv antibody phage display library promoted the efflux or clearance of Aβ 1-42 and effectively decreased the cerebral Aβ burden in an AD mouse model.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development and clinical validation of a circulating tumor DNA test for the identification of clinically actionable mutations in nonsmall cell lung cancer.
Liping Liu,Han Liu,Di Shao,Liu Zu,Jingjing Wang,Qiuhua Deng,Hailing Tang,Haihong Yang,Yalei Zhang,Yuan Qiu,Fei Cui,Tan Meihua,Pan Zhang,Li Zhilong,Jilong Liu,Wenhua Liang,Yuying Wang,Zhiyu Peng,Jian Wang,Huanming Yang,Mao Mao,Karsten Kristiansen,Mingzhi Ye,Jianxing He +23 more
TL;DR: The findings demonstrate that targeted NGS using cfDNA is a feasible approach for rapid and accurate identification of actionable mutations in patients with advanced NSCLC, and may provide a safe and robust alternative approach to tissue biopsy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ca2+ responses of pulmonary arterial myocytes to acute hypoxia require release from ryanodine and inositol trisphosphate receptors in sarcoplasmic reticulum.
TL;DR: The results suggest that in rat distal PASMC the initial increase in [Ca(2+)](i) induced by hypoxia, as well as the subsequent Ca(2+) influx that sustained this increase, required release of Ca( 2+) from both RyR and IP(3)R, and 2) the SR Ca(1+)-ATPase stores accessed by RyR, IP
Journal ArticleDOI

Delayed and highly specific antibody response to nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) revealed during natural human ZIKV infection by NS1-based capture ELISA.
Xiujie Gao,Yingfen Wen,Jian Wang,Wenxin Hong,Chunlin Li,Lingzhai Zhao,Chibiao Yin,Xia Jin,Fuchun Zhang,Lei Yu +9 more
TL;DR: Investigation of the kinetics of nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) antibody response during natural ZIKV infection and the cross-reactivity to NS1 proteins using convalescent sera obtained from patients infected by either DENV or ZikV suggests that NS1-based diagnostics would significantly improve the differential diagnosis between DENV and ZIKv infections.
