Annealing optimization of silicon nitride film for solar cell application

TL;DR: In this article, a single crystalline silicon solar cells fabricated in conventional industrial production line applying the optimized film deposition and annealing conditions on large area substrates (125 mm x125 mm) were found to have the conversion efficiencies as high as 17.05 %.

High-Efficiency Photo-Generated Charges of ZnO/TiO2 Heterojunction Thin Films for Photocatalytic and Antibacterial Performance
TL;DR: The results demonstrated that the photocatalytic and antimicrobial efficacy of the ZnO/TiO ₂ heterojunction was found to vary depending on the morphology of the TiO₂ layer, which could be ascribed to the photogenerated charge carrier efficiency and hierarchical nanostructure with a large surface area.
