TL;DR: Patients with takotsubo cardiomyopathy had a higher prevalence of neurologic or psychiatric disorders than did those with an acute coronary syndrome and physical triggers, acute neurologics or psychiatric diseases, high troponin levels, and a low ejection fraction on admission were independent predictors for in-hospital complications.

Deep learning with long short-term memory networks for financial market predictions
TL;DR: This work deploys LSTM networks for predicting out-of-sample directional movements for the constituent stocks of the S&P 500 from 1992 until 2015 and finds one common pattern among the stocks selected for trading – they exhibit high volatility and a short-term reversal return profile.

TL;DR: The results suggest that midostaurin has hematologic activity in both patients with FLT3-mutant and wild-type AML, and the degree of clinical activity observed supports additional studies that combine midosturin and other agents such as chemotherapy especially in FLT 3-Mutant AML.
