Journal ArticleDOI

Simple and rapid high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of polidocanol as bulk product and in pharmaceutical polymer matrices using charged aerosol detection.

TL;DR: A method for the determination of polidocanol (PD) content was developed where the PD content was determined using a Kinetex C18 column operated at 40°C with water-acetonitrile (15:85, v/v) as mobile phase.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tamper-proof tablets for distinction between counterfeit and originator drugs through PEG coding.

TL;DR: This work marked each tablet for its unambiguous recognition byiking monodisperse PEGs into tablet coating solutions at concentrations as low as 3 ppm to "write" a code into each tablet film which was readily read upon isolation and LC-MS/MS analysis.
Book ChapterDOI

Quantitative NMR, Methods and Applications

TL;DR: The rules and parameters that have to be considered for precise measurements of quantitative NMR spectroscopy will be given.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of the impurity profile of alcuronium by means of capillary electrophoresis.

TL;DR: A HPLC method is described to limit the impurities of alcuronium, namely the diallylcaracurine (DAC) and the allyl-Wieland-Gumlich-aldehyde (WCA) to less than 0.1%; the limit of detection was found to be in the same range as found with HPLC.
