Cholesterol-Modified Black Phosphorus Nanospheres for the First NIR-II Fluorescence Bioimaging.

TL;DR: Both the long-wavelength NIR-II fluorescence imaging and PA imaging reveal that the as-fabricated BP@lipid-PEG nanospheres can be gradually metabolized by the liver in 48 h, thus making them promising for bioapplications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tunable Photoresponsive Behaviors Based on Triphenylamine Derivatives: The Pivotal Role of π-Conjugated Structure and Corresponding Application.

TL;DR: In this article, a new photoresponsive system based on triarylamine derivatives is developed with the changed aryl substituents, including photoactivated phosphorescence and photochromism after being dispersed into the polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) matrix.
Journal ArticleDOI

Aggregation Induced Emission Fluorogens Based Nanotheranostics for Targeted and Imaging-Guided Chemo-Photothermal Combination Therapy.

TL;DR: The prepared nanotheranostics human serum albumin-PhENH2 -PPy-PTX-cRGD shows impressive performance in the targeted fluorescence imaging even after intravenous injection for 48 h, and their combined chemo-photothermal therapy is also very effective, indicating that AIE fluorogens based nanotherAnostics would find a promising prospect in further improved multimodal imaging and imaging guided cancer treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Strategy for Dramatically Enhancing the Selectivity of Molecules Showing Aggregation-Induced Emission towards Biomacromolecules with the Aid of Graphene Oxide

TL;DR: By intelligently utilizing the different interacting strengths between different moieties according to the displacement method, general biosensors with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics for biomacromolecules without selectivity were converted to excellent, highly selective probes for one specific biomacROMolecule with the aid of graphene oxide (GO) in an aqueous medium.
