TL;DR: The results demonstrated that both the size (bulk and shape) and the linkage mode between the D-π-A chromophores and the isolation groups, could affect the performance of sensitizers in DSCs in a large degree, providing a new approach to optimize the chemical structure of dyes to achieve high conversion efficiencies.

Ultrastable Amine, Sulfo Cofunctionalized Graphene Quantum Dots with High Two-Photon Fluorescence for Cellular Imaging
TL;DR: A one-pot hydrothermal route to synthesis amine, sulfo cofunctionalized graphene quantum dots (GQDs), which acts as efficient one-photon and two- photon fluorescent probes for cellular imaging and observation, and exhibits a negligible photothermal effect under 808 nm femtosecond laser irradiation.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the temperature-dependent structural transition in SnSe-based thermoelectric materials and its relationship with their performance, and obtained a high ZT of 1.0 at 773 K for pristine SnSe polycrystals.
