TL;DR: The intervention provides a low-cost alternative improving health status, slowing down CD4 cell decline, delaying initiation of ARV and thus freeing local ARV capacities for patients in urgent need.
Abstract: Objectives
To measure the effects of an HIV-Care-Program, focusing on nutrition and lifestyle, which can be provided at scale to HIV-infected patients, on clinical and anthropometrical parameters, and health status.

TL;DR: In this article, a single-phase (Y,Gd)Al 3 (BO 3 ) 4 :Ln 3+ (Ln −Ln−= −Tb 3+, Dy 3+ ) (YAB) samples were synthesized via solid state reactions and spectroscopic investigations were conducted in order to characterise possible energy transfer mechanisms between Gd 3+ and the activator ions, Tb 3 + /Dy 3+.

04 Apr 2009TL;DR: The platform presented is hiding the complexity of providing and consuming LBSs from the end-users, and an authoring toolkit enables non-technicians to easily develop context-aware mobile applications.
Abstract: While the demand for Location-based Services (LBS) is strongly increasing, technical laymen are not yet able to build and provide location-aware applications. This paper presents a radical simplification of the lifecycle of LBSs. An authoring toolkit enables non-technicians to easily develop context-aware mobile applications. In addition, an adaptive user interface makes the consumption of LBSs easier. The platform we present, in covering the whole LBS supply chain, is hiding the complexity of providing and consuming LBSs from the end-users.

01 Jan 2018TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss the effect of digitalisierungsprozesse on the unmittelbare Pflegearbeit etwa in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Mobilitat oder soziale Interaktion adressieren.
Abstract: Digitalisierungsprozesse erhalten derzeit in allen Handlungsfeldern der beruflichen Pflege zunehmende Bedeutung.
