TL;DR: Study have been done to evaluate the impact of fading parameters K and $$\Delta $$Δ on the performance of Dual-EGC receiver to derive expressions of outage probability and average symbol error rate for both coherent and non-coherent M-ary modulation schemes.
Abstract: The importance of equal gain combining receiver is significant because of its better performance and lower complexity. The expression for the probability density function (PDF) of the output signal to noise ratio of dual branch EGC receiver is obtained from the envelope PDF. The expressions of outage probability and average symbol error rate for both coherent and non-coherent M-ary modulation schemes are derived using PDF based approach. The expressions obtained are numerically evaluated. These analytical results are validated with Monte Carlo simulation. Study have been done to evaluate the impact of fading parameters K and $$\Delta $$Δ on the performance of Dual-EGC receiver.

TL;DR: In this paper, the channel's grading has been employed in an FET with an underlap region in the middle of the gate for label-free biosensing application, and the results reveal that the proposed biosensor is not only highly sensitive but also yields improved circuit performance.

TL;DR: In this paper, the conductivity observed in Gd 1-x Ba x CoO 3 system may be due to mobile holes created by excitation of an electron from the π* band to an acceptor level.
Abstract: The samples in the system Gd 1-x Ba x CoO 3 (x = 0.00, 0.10, 0.20) were prepared by chemical route. These samples form single-phase materials, which were confirmed by XRD and TGA studies. The presence of interfacial polarization is responsible for high value of dielectric constant in these materials. The conductivity observed in Gd 1-x Ba x CoO 3 system may be due to mobile holes created by excitation of an electron from the π* band to an acceptor level.

TL;DR: A series of novel complexes of the type M 2 [FeX 4 L] where M + =K + or Na + ; X=cyanate, thiocyanate or azide; L=pyridine-N -oxide, γ-picoline- N -oxide or L- ascorbic acid have been synthesized by the reaction of the metal salt and ligands in the appropriate ratio in mixed solvent (water-ethanol) medium as discussed by the authors.
