TL;DR: In this article, speed control studies of induction motor by 6-switched 3-level inverter are presented. But instead of using 12 switches in conventional 3level inverters, 6 switches are used in this topology.
Abstract: This paper presents speed control studies of induction motor by 6-switched 3-level inverter. In topology, the field oriented control technique used which is widely used in the literature, easy and stable for operating systems. The field weakening technique done for exceed speeds to nominal speed to reduce magnetic saturation and thermal losses. End of the process, it has been observed to increase of motor torque and inverter efficiency. Instead of using 12 switches in conventional 3-level inverters, 6 switches are used in this topology. The reduced number of switches is the greatest contribution of this work.

TL;DR: In this paper, the changes in the immovable with respect to the lack of 3D and time in the selected study area were shown, and in this context, the need for 4D in Turkish cadastre was emphasized.
Abstract: With the increase in the human population, the fact that cadastre is a living phenomenon has increased the real estate–human relations. The increase in the number of people living in an area has also increased the importance of immovables. With human needs, the use of the immovable in the vertical dimension (underground and aboveground) has become a necessity. Although the Turkish cadastre has shown great changes in recent years, the 3D work has not yet been solved. With the developments in technology and studies in spatial information systems, the need for 3D + time (4D) has become a necessity. In this study, the changes in the immovable with respect to the lack of 3D and time in the selected study area were shown, and in this context, the need for 4D in Turkish cadastre was emphasized.

TL;DR: In this article, the average stress distribution (ASD) in local support domain and LSS (least square stabilization) algorithms were used to solve 3D solid mechanics problems with higher order Taylor series terms in nodal integration.
Abstract: The authors previously show that NI-RPIM solution of 3D tetrahedral cells [Yavuz and Kanber (2015)] includes unstable stress distributions. Therefore, in this study, the fluctuations in stresses are attempted to reduce using two different algorithms; Average stress distribution (ASD) in local support domain and LSS (least square stabilization) algorithms. NI-RPIM is improved with these algorithms to solve 3D solid mechanics problems with higher order Taylor series terms in nodal integration. Integration methodology is developed based on the study of [Liu et al. (2007)]. Tetrahedral integration cells are used in the solution of 3D elasto-static problems. Order of Taylor series terms is used up to 4 th order for ASD. Also effects of shape parameters ( and ) in RBF and support domain size (sd) are searched. The results are compared with available analytical solutions and discussed in detail.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the factors that may cause financial failure in certified accommodation facilities operating in the Cappadocia Region and found that the majority of these facilities operate in the region deem themselves financially competent.
Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to examine the factors that may cause financial failure in certified accommodation facilities operating in the Cappadocia Region. First, financial reasons for the failure are theoretically mentioned, and the research has been conducted through a survey especially on four and five-star hotel businesses in this area, and on the characteristics of the Cappadocia Region, where the survey has been conducted. With this survey, it has been aimed to lead the way to researchers who are interested in this subject, and managers who work in the tourism industry, by giving examples from four and five-star accommodation facilities in Nevsehir Province in the Cappadocia Region. The study has tried to determine the factors that may cause financial failure in hotels. Even though there is a lot of literature on the financial implementations in the target province, it has been observed that the market practices are quite limited. Accommodation facilities located in the area have been carefully examined, and important ideas about causes of financial failure were developed. In conclusion, it has been observed that the majority of accommodation facilities operating in the region deem themselves financially competent, and several ideas were suggested to investors and managers.
