TL;DR: In this article, a system and a method in which supplemental information related to a first entity of a transaction is provided to a second entity of the transaction are provided, and a response message is transmitted for receipt by a transport computer associated with the recipient for processing the transaction and conditional forwarding of the requested supplemental information to the recipient.
Abstract: A system and a method in which supplemental information related to a first entity of a transaction is provided to a second entity of the transaction are provided. In a method conducted at an authorization server associated with the user, a transaction message including an amount associated with the transfer of funds, an account identifier of the recipient, and an access credential of the user is received from a mobile device of the user. In some embodiments, if a permission indication indicates that the requested supplemental information may be shared with the recipient, a transaction request message is generated including the amount, the account identifier and the requested supplemental information. A response message is transmitted for receipt by a transport computer associated with the recipient for processing the transaction and conditional forwarding of the requested supplemental information to the recipient.

TL;DR: In this paper, a device binding system includes generating and storing at the device a unique identifier based on device characteristics and a cryptographic function, which is then registered with a trusted authority.
Abstract: A device binding system includes generating and storing at the device a unique identifier based on device characteristics and a cryptographic function. The unique identifier is then registered with an authority. The self-generation of the unique identifier allows binding with an authority to occur after the device leaves a secure manufacturing environment or even after the device is in the hands of an end-user consumer. Once the binding occurs, the device can be part of trusted transactions for location tracking, fitness tracking, financial transactions or other interactions where identity and privacy are factors.

TL;DR: In this article, a system and method includes an authorization request message configured with information about transaction amounts of items aggregated according to item categories and applicable rates for the items in the respective categories.
Abstract: A system and method includes an authorization request message configured with information about transaction amounts of items aggregated according to item categories and applicable rates for the items in the respective categories. Based on the information provided in the authorization request, a transaction handler is configured to compute a modified transaction amount for the transaction by reducing the transaction amount of items in one or more of the categories, without reducing the transaction amount(s) of items in one or more other categories, and computing a total transaction amount based on the reduction and the applicable rates.

TL;DR: In this paper, a system for secure on-line transactions includes a user communication device, a third party server, and one or more merchant servers, and a custom browser supports only a single connection at any given time and only if the connection is to one of the preapproved merchants.
Abstract: A system for conducting secure on-line transactions includes a user communication device, a third party server, and one or more merchant servers. The user communication device can communicate with one or more preapproved merchants from within a virtualized environment using a custom browser. The custom browser supports only a single connection at any given time and only if the connection is to one of the preapproved merchants. The merchant website includes a custom markup language that can be parsed by the custom browser to render web pages on the user communication device.
