Abstract: A universal ID and biometrics systems and methods are disclosed. A method includes receiving an authentication request message originating from a user. The authentication request message includes a first identifier and a second identifier, where the second identifier includes biometric data. The method further includes determining a third identifier based on the first identifier and sending the second and third identifiers to a first server computer to determine if the second and third identifiers have a predetermined correlation. The method further includes receiving confirmation of user authentication if the identification system determines that the second and third identifiers have the predetermined correlation.

Abstract: A portable consumer device with funds transfer processing systems and methods are disclosed. A sending entity may initiate a money transfer from one portable consumer device, such as a credit or debit card, to another portable consumer device through a money transfer system. A sending entity may initiate a payment request and the money transfer system may prompt the sending entity to use one of a plurality of payment account identifiers it possess. A recipient entity is defined by either an alias or a recipient entity personal account identifier. Additionally, an unregistered recipient entity may return a claim code to the money transfer system to claim a money transfer.

Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method for processing payment transactions that are conducted using a mobile device that includes a contactless element, such as an integrated circuit chip. An account holder is enabled to generate transaction related data and append that data to a transaction record or transaction identifier. The appended data and transaction record or identifier may be stored in the mobile payment device and/or provided to an Issuer. If provided to an Issuer, the transaction related data generated by the account holder may be used to supplement an account statement. The additional information generated by the account holder may be used to assist the account holder in determining if a transaction is valid by providing information that helps the account holder to recall the location or other aspect of the transaction.
