Mapping of resistance to spot blotch disease caused by Bipolaris sorokiniana in spring wheat.
TL;DR: An intervarietal mapping population in the form of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) was developed from a cross ‘Yangmai 6’ (a Chinese source of resistance) × ‘Sonalika” (a spot blotch susceptible cultivar) to identify four quantitative trait loci (QTL) on the chromosomes 2AL, 2BS, 5BL and 6DL.
