Abstract
a b s t r a c t The ab initio quasirelativistic Hartree–Fock method developed specifically for the calculation of spectral parameters of heavy atoms and highly charged ions is used to derive transition data for a multicharged tungsten ion. The configuration interaction method is applied to include electron correlation effects. The relativistic effects are taken into account in the Breit–Pauli approximation for quasirelativistic Hartree–Fock radial orbitals. The energy level spectra, radiative lifetimes and Lande gfactors are calculated for the 4p 6 4d 2 , 4p 6 4d4f, and 4p 5 4d 3 configurations of the ion W 36+ . The transition wavelengths, spontaneous transition probabilities, oscillator strengths, and line strengths for the electric dipole, electric quadrupole, electric octupole, and magnetic dipole transitions among the levels of these configurations are tabulated.

CO-to-H2 conversion factor of molecular clouds using X-ray shadows

TL;DR: In this paper, a new method to determine the CO-to-H2 conversion factor XCO using absorption of diffuse X-ray emission by local molecular clouds was developed, which was applied to the Ophiucus (G353+17) and Corona Australis (G359-18) clouds using CO-line and soft Xray archival data.

Nuclear magnetization distribution effect in molecules: Ra$^+$ and RaF hyperfine structure

TL;DR: It is shown that the accurate prediction of the hyperfine structure of the RaF molecule requires to take into account the finite magnetization distribution inside the radium nucleus, and it is possible to express the nuclear magnetized distribution contribution to thehyperfine structure constant in terms of one magnetization Distribution dependent parameter.

Stability analysis of supermassive primordial stars: a new mass range for general relativistic instability supernovae.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors developed a straightforward method for evaluating the general relativistic radial instability without simplifying assumptions and applied it to population III supermassive stars taken from a post Newtonian stellar evolution code.

High resolution collinear resonance ionization spectroscopy of neutron-rich $^{76,77,78}$Cu isotopes

De Groote, +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, nuclear magnetic dipole moments, electric quadrupole moments and changes in the mean-squared charge radii of radioactive copper isotopes are presented, and the importance of excitations across both spin-orbit shell gaps at Z = 28 and N = 50 is investigated through comparison with theory.
