TLDR
It is shown that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.
Abstract
This note considers the problem of information consensus among multiple agents in the presence of limited and unreliable information exchange with dynamically changing interaction topologies. Both discrete and continuous update schemes are proposed for information consensus. This note shows that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.

Optimal scheduling for refueling multiple autonomous aerial vehicles

TL;DR: A systematic shuffle scheme to reconfigure the UAV sequence using the least amount of shuffle steps is developed and a similarity metric over UAV sequences is introduced to quantify the reconfiguration effort.

Distributed attitude consensus among multiple networked spacecraft

TL;DR: In this paper, the distributed attitude consensus problem among multiple networked spacecraft in deep space is considered, which extends the standard information consensus results in the literature to rigid body rotational dynamics.

Topics in Cooperative Control

Florian Knorn
TL;DR: A new cooperative control paradigm is presented that leads to several cooperative control schemes which allow multi-agent systems to achieve a common goal while, at the same time, satisfying certain local constraints.

Stochastic Approximation for Consensus: A New Approach via Ergodic Backward Products

TL;DR: This paper shows a fundamental role of ergodic backward products for mean square consensus in algorithms with additive noise, and develops ergodicity results for backward products of degenerating stochastic matrices converging to a 0-1 matrix via a discrete time dynamical system approach.

Predictive Suboptimal Consensus of Multiagent Systems With Nonlinear Dynamics

TL;DR: A unified framework for designing distributed control laws to achieve the consensus of linear and nonlinear multiagent systems is proposed and it is proved that the proposed suboptimal control laws tend to be optimal with time.
