TLDR
It is shown that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.Abstract:
This note considers the problem of information consensus among multiple agents in the presence of limited and unreliable information exchange with dynamically changing interaction topologies. Both discrete and continuous update schemes are proposed for information consensus. This note shows that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.read more

Second-order group consensus for multi-agent systems via pinning leader-following approach
Qian Ma,Zhen Wang,Guoying Miao +2 more
TL;DR: This paper addresses the group consensus problem of second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems through leader-following approach and pinning control and proposes some consensus criteria to guarantee that the agents asymptotically follow the virtual leader in each group, while agents in different groups behave independently.

Nash, Social and Centralized Solutions to Consensus Problems via Mean Field Control Theory
TL;DR: This paper synthesizes initial mean consensus behavior of a set of agents from the fundamental optimization principles of stochastic dynamic games, and optimal control and shows that for any individual agent the decentralized mean field social (MF Social) control strategy is the same as the mean field Nash (MF Nash) equilibrium strategy.

Brief paper: Stochastic consensus seeking with communication delays
TL;DR: Using tools from differential equations and stochastic calculus, together with results from matrix theory and algebraic graph theory, it is established that sufficient conditions under which the proposed consensus protocols lead to mean square average-consensus are established.

Multilayer formation control of multi-agent systems
TL;DR: A layered distributed finite-time estimator is proposed for agents in each layer to obtain their target positions and velocities based on the information of agents in their prior layers and a model-based control law is proposed to achieve multilayer formation.

Consensus problems in networks of agents with switching topology and time-delays
TL;DR: A distinctive feature of this work is to address consensus problems for networks with directed information flow by establishing a direct connection between the algebraic connectivity of the network and the performance of a linear consensus protocol.
