TLDR
It is shown that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.Abstract:
This note considers the problem of information consensus among multiple agents in the presence of limited and unreliable information exchange with dynamically changing interaction topologies. Both discrete and continuous update schemes are proposed for information consensus. This note shows that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.read more

Multi-agent discrete-time graphical games and reinforcement learning solutions
TL;DR: A novel reinforcement learning value iteration algorithm is given to solve the dynamic graphical games in an online manner along with its proof of convergence, and it is proved that this notion holds if all agents are in Nash equilibrium and the graph is strongly connected.

Consensus of second-order multi-agent systems with delayed nonlinear dynamics and intermittent communications
TL;DR: By constructing a common Lyapunov function, it is shown that consensus can be reached if the general algebraic connectivity and communication time duration are larger than their corresponding threshold values, respectively.

Optimal consensus algorithms for cooperative team of agents subject to partial information
TL;DR: It is shown that minimization of the proposed cost functions results in a modified consensus algorithm for LL and MLF architectures, and the performance of the cooperative team under a member's fault is formally analyzed and investigated.

Stationary consensus of heterogeneous multi-agent systems with bounded communication delays
Cheng-Lin Liu,Fei Liu +1 more
TL;DR: It is shown that the asymptotic consensus achievement of the dynamic agents is independent of the communication delay, but strictly depends on the connectedness of the interconnection topology.

Consensus based overlapping decentralized estimation with missing observations and communication faults
TL;DR: A new algorithm for discrete-time overlapping decentralized state estimation of large scale systems is proposed in the form of a multi-agent network based on a combination of local estimators of Kalman filtering type and a dynamic consensus strategy, assuming intermittent observations and communication faults.

Consensus problems in networks of agents with switching topology and time-delays
TL;DR: A distinctive feature of this work is to address consensus problems for networks with directed information flow by establishing a direct connection between the algebraic connectivity of the network and the performance of a linear consensus protocol.
