TLDR
It is shown that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.
Abstract
This note considers the problem of information consensus among multiple agents in the presence of limited and unreliable information exchange with dynamically changing interaction topologies. Both discrete and continuous update schemes are proposed for information consensus. This note shows that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.

Distributed robust consensus control of multi-agent systems with heterogeneous matching uncertainties

TL;DR: A distributed adaptive consensus protocol is proposed to ensure the boundedness of the consensus error of linear multi-agent systems subject to different matching uncertainties for both the cases without and with a leader of bounded unknown control input.

Overview: Collective Control of Multiagent Systems

TL;DR: Within this framework, the development on this topic is systematically reviewed and the representative outcomes can be sorted out from four aspects: 1) agent dynamics; 2) network topologies; 3) feedback and communication mechanisms; 4) collective behaviors.

Output synchronization for heterogeneous networks of non-introspective agents

TL;DR: This paper considers the output synchronization problem for heterogeneous networks of linear agents, and designs decentralized controllers based on setting the control input of a single root agent to zero and letting the remaining agents synchronize to the root agent.

Decentralized Perimeter Surveillance Using a Team of UAVs

TL;DR: This paper poses the cooperative perimeter-surveillance problem and offers a decentralized solution that accounts for perimeter growth (expanding or contracting) and insertion/deletion of team members by identifying and sharing the critical coordination information and by exploiting the known communication topology.

Distributed consensus of multi-agent systems with general linear node dynamics and intermittent communications

TL;DR: It is theoretically shown that the consensus in multi-agent systems with a periodic intermittent communication and directed topology containing a spanning tree can be cast into the stability of a set of low-dimensional switching systems.

Consensus problems in networks of agents with switching topology and time-delays

TL;DR: A distinctive feature of this work is to address consensus problems for networks with directed information flow by establishing a direct connection between the algebraic connectivity of the network and the performance of a linear consensus protocol.
