TLDR
It is shown that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.
Abstract
This note considers the problem of information consensus among multiple agents in the presence of limited and unreliable information exchange with dynamically changing interaction topologies. Both discrete and continuous update schemes are proposed for information consensus. This note shows that information consensus under dynamically changing interaction topologies can be achieved asymptotically if the union of the directed interaction graphs have a spanning tree frequently enough as the system evolves.

Finite/Fixed-Time Pinning Synchronization of Complex Networks With Stochastic Disturbances

TL;DR: A unified theoretical framework to investigate the finite/fixed-time synchronization of complex networks with stochastic disturbances is proposed by designing a common pinning controller with different ranges of power parameters, and both the goals of finite-time and fixed- time synchronization in probability for the network topology containing spanning trees can be achieved.

Neural-network-based adaptive leader-following consensus control for second-order non-linear multi-agent systems

TL;DR: The proposed adaptive consensus scheme can greatly reduce the online computation burden, because the adaptive adjusting parameters are designed in scalar form, which is the norm of the estimation of the optimal NN weight matrix.

Consensus in Multi-Agent Systems With Second-Order Dynamics and Sampled Data

TL;DR: It is found that second-order consensus in such a multi-agent system can be achieved by appropriately choosing the sampling period determined by a polynomial with order three, and a necessary and sufficient condition is established for reaching consensus of the system in this setting.

A Mean Square Consensus Protocol for Linear Multi-Agent Systems With Communication Noises and Fixed Topologies

TL;DR: It is proved that if the communication topology has a spanning tree and every node has at least one parent node, then the proposed protocol can solve the mean square consensus problem if and only if a(t) satisfies the condition.

Dynamic consensus of linear multi-agent systems

TL;DR: In this article, the authors considered the consensus of a network of agents with general linear or linearised dynamics, whose communication topology contains a directed spanning tree and proposed an observer-type consensus protocol based on the relative outputs of the neighbouring agents.

Consensus problems in networks of agents with switching topology and time-delays

TL;DR: A distinctive feature of this work is to address consensus problems for networks with directed information flow by establishing a direct connection between the algebraic connectivity of the network and the performance of a linear consensus protocol.
