TLDR
An action-angle representation of spin variables was used to relate the large-S Heisenberg antiferromagnet to the O(3) nonlinear sigma model quantum field theory, with precise equivalence for integral S as discussed by the authors.

Spin reorientation in hexagonal antiferromagnets

TL;DR: In this paper, a reorientation process in quasi-one-dimensional weakly anisotropic easy-plane antiferromagnets on a stacked triangular lattice is shown to occur via two intermediate phases.

Zero-temperature configurations of short odd-numbered classical spin chains with bilinear and biquadratic exchange interactions

TL;DR: In this article, the lowest energy configurations of short odd open chains with classical spins were determined for antiferromagnetic bilinear and biquadratic nearest-neighbor exchange interactions.

An estimate for the magnetization reversal time of antiferromagnetic chains within the Heisenberg model

TL;DR: Within the Heisenberg model in the presence of uniaxial magnetic anisotropy, formulas were obtained that allow one to estimate both the spontaneous magnetization reversal time of an antiferromagnetic chain and the magnetization reverse time due to interaction with the conducting tip of a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) as mentioned in this paper.

Thermal evolution of quasi-one-dimensional spin correlations within the anisotropic triangular lattice of α − NaMnO 2

TL;DR: Magnetic order on the spatially anisotropic triangular lattice of NaMnO 2 was studied via neutron diffraction measurements as mentioned in this paper, and the transition into a commensurate, collinear antiferromagnetic ground state with $\mathbf{k}=(0.5, 0.5)$ was found to occur below the temperature of 22$ K.

Integrable Hamiltonian systems and interactions through quadratic constraints

TL;DR: In this article, the relativistic field theories in one time and one space dimension with interactions that are entirely due to quadratic constraints are shown to be closely related to integrable Hamiltonian systems.

Interaction of Goldstone Particles in Two-Dimensions. Applications to Ferromagnets and Massive Yang-Mills Fields

TL;DR: In this paper, it is shown that due to interaction the regime of the asymmptotic freedom arises and the continuation to higher dimensions and the applications of the result are briefly discussed.

What is the spin of a spin wave

TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that the spin of a spin wave in the Heisenberg antiferromagnetic chain of spins 1 2 is equal to 1 2 rather than 1 as is generally considered to be true.
