Facile fabrication of BUC-21/Bi24O31Br10 composites for enhanced photocatalytic Cr(VI) reduction under white light

TL;DR: In this paper, series binary BUC-21/Bi24O31Br10 composites were fabricated by facile ball-milling method, and the results suggested that the introduction of a specific quality of Bi24O 31Br10 on the surface of BUC21 could enhance the utilization efficiency of white light and suppress the photo-induced carriers recombination to promote the photocatalytic efficiency.

Selective binding and removal of guests in a microporous metal–organic framework

TL;DR: In this paper, a metal-organic framework was designed to bind aromatic guest molecules selectively, and the inclusions can be selectively readsorbed, even after the removal of included guest molecules, and they showed that the crystal lattice was thermally stable up to 350 °C.
