Recovery for overloaded mobile edge computing

TLDR
A Fail-safe mobile-edge computing system that allows multi destination data transfer for mobile users to relay and accesses user devices of a neighboring MEC adjacent to the overloaded MEC as ad-hoc relay nodes to bridge the transfer disconnect between two MECs is proposed.
