TLDR
In this paper, the electrochromic response of conducting polypyrrole (PPy)/Prussian blue (PB) and conducting polyaniline (Pani)/Pussian blue composite films has been studied in different electrolytes such as KCl, LiClO 4, K 2 SO 4, KNO 3, KI/I 2, etc., by depositing the PB films on top of the conducting PPy and PANI films.

Electropolymerisation and investigation of polyaniline

TL;DR: In this article, the electrochromic changes of the polyaniline (PANI) have been studied with vis-spectroscopy, and it is shown that the colour transmission changes depends from the switching speed, due to the ion movement to/from the film layer from/to the electrolyte solution, and acts as a possible limit of application.

Quantum‐chemical modeling of polypyrrole structure in neutral complexes with electron density acceptors

TL;DR: In this paper , it is shown that it is energetically favorable to reorient the pyrrole rings closest to the anion from trans to cis position, which leads to the formation of meanders which include 3-5 pyr role rings per loop.

Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Conducting Graft Copolymer

TL;DR: In this paper, an electrically conductive graft copolymer, poly(dimethylolpropionic acid -co-adipoyl chloride)-g-poly(aniline) (PDMPAAC-g-PAni) was prepared by the electrochemical polymerization of aniline using a precursor polymer, poly[(4-aminophenyl)-dimethyl-propionic amide-co-addipoyll chloride] (PADmPAAC).
