Hiroki Hayashi,Jiao Sun,Yuka Yanagida,Takako Ootera,Miwa Sasai,Chin Yang Chang,Jiayu A. Tai,Tomoyuki Nishikawa,Kunihiko Yamashita,Naoki Sakaguchi,Shota Yoshida,Satoshi Baba,Munehisa Shimamura,Sachiko Okamoto,Yasunori Amaishi,Hideto Chono,Junichi Mineno,Hiromi Rakugi,Ryuichi Morishita,Masayuki Yamamoto,Hironori Nakagami +20 more
TL;DR: Li et al. as mentioned in this paper used pyro-drive jet injector (PJI) to inject the GP∆-DNA vaccine to spike the glycoprotein of the delta variant.

Otorhinolaryngology Out-Patient Practice in the “Post”-COVID-19 Era: Ensuring a Balance Between Service and Safety
José Florencio F. Lapeña,Franco Louie L.B. Abes,Mark Anthony T. Gomez,Cesar V. Villafuerte,Rodante A. Roldan,Philip Fullante,Ryner Jose D. Carrillo,Justin Elfred Lan Paber,Armando T. Isla,Rose Alcances-Inocencio,Jose Benedicto Cabazor,Ruzanne M. Caro,Ma. Fita Guzman +12 more
TL;DR: These recommendations address the concerns of otorhinolaryngologists and related specialists about resuming office practice during the “post”-COVID-19 period when strict quarantines are gradually lifted and a transition to the ‘new’ normal is made despite the unavailability of a specific vaccine for SARS-CoV-2.

Immunoinformatics approach to epitope-based vaccine design against the SARS-CoV-2 in Bangladeshi patients
Shahina Akter,Muhammad Shahab,Murshed Hasan Sarkar,Chandni Hayat,Tanjina Akhtar Banu,Barna Goswami,Iffat Jahan,Eshrar Osman,Mohammad Samir Uzzaman,Md. Ahashan Habib,Aftab Ali Shaikh,Md. Salim Khan +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used bioinformatics techniques to predict B cell and T cell epitopes from the new SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein in order to build a unique multiple epitope vaccine.
Journal ArticleDOI
Assessing humoral immune response after two doses of an inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (CoronaVac) in healthcare workers
TL;DR: In this article , a prospective observational study was conducted to assess and follow up the humoral immunity in HCWs vaccinated with an inactive virus vaccine (CoronaVac), which was found to be highly immunogenic after two consecutive doses performed 28 days apart to HCWs.
