Pierre-François Roux,Pierre-François Roux,Pierre-François Roux,Simon Boitard,Simon Boitard,Yuna Blum,Brian W. Parks,Alexandra Montagner,Etienne Mouisel,Anis Djari,Diane Esquerre,Colette Désert,Colette Désert,Colette Désert,Morgane Boutin,Morgane Boutin,Morgane Boutin,Sophie Leroux,Frédéric Lecerf,Elisabeth Le Bihan-Duval,Christophe Klopp,Bertrand Servin,Frédérique Pitel,M. J. Duclos,Hervé Guillou,Aldons J. Lusis,Olivier Demeure,Olivier Demeure,Olivier Demeure,Sandrine Lagarrigue,Sandrine Lagarrigue,Sandrine Lagarrigue +31 more
TL;DR: This study shows for the first time the interest of combining selective sweeps mapping, coding SNP annotation and cis-eQTL analyses for identifying causative genes for a complex trait, in the context of divergent lines selected for this specific trait.
Journal ArticleDOI
Complete Genome Sequence of a Field Strain of Peste des Petits Ruminants Virus Isolated during 2010-2014 Epidemics in Senegal
Habib Salami,Guillaume Croville,Guillaume Croville,Olivier Kwiatek,Jérôme Mariette,Christophe Klopp,Sophie Valière,Jean-Luc Guérin,Jean-Luc Guérin,Moustapha Lo,Yaya Thiongane,Emmanuel Albina,Geneviève Libeau +12 more
TL;DR: The complete genome sequence of a field strain of PPRV isolated in Senegal in 2013 is reported, showing that infection is expanding and results in regular epizootic activities in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Journal ArticleDOI
The Peptide Venom Composition of the Fierce Stinging Ant Tetraponera aethiops (Formicidae: Pseudomyrmecinae).
Valentine Barassé,Axel Touchard,Nathan Téné,Maurice Tindo,Martin Kenne,Christophe Klopp,Alain Dejean,Elsa Bonnafé,Michel Treilhou +8 more
TL;DR: The first insights into the defensive venom composition of the ant genus Tetraponera indicative of a streamlined peptidome are provided.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genome structure and content of the rice root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne graminicola).
Ngan Thi Phan,Julie Orjuela,Etienne Danchin,Christophe Klopp,Laetitia Perfus-Barbeoch,Djampa K. L. Kozlowski,Georgios Koutsovoulos,Céline Lopez-Roques,Olivier Bouchez,Margot Zahm,Guillaume Besnard,Stéphane Bellafiore +11 more
TL;DR: A high‐quality genome assembly is generated using a combination of Oxford Nanopore Technologies and Illumina sequencing data that constitutes a major improvement regarding previously available versions and represents a valuable molecular resource for future phylogenomic studies of Meloidogyne species.
Journal ArticleDOI
De novo transcriptome analysis to search for sex-differentiation genes in the Siberian sturgeon.
Denise Vizziano-Cantonnet,André Lasalle,Santiago Di Landro,Christophe Klopp,Clémence Genthon +4 more
TL;DR: The ovarian program, but not the testicular program, is in place by 5-6 months of age in the Siberian sturgeon, characterized by estrogen-related genes with well-established roles in gonadal differentiation, but also by several genes with no previously-described function in the ovarian development of fish.
