Microscopic investigations on the surface-state dependent moisture stability of a hybrid perovskite.

TL;DR: It is found that even ambient light could severely speed up the moisture-induced decomposition of MAPbI3, while the N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) post-annealing treatment significantly improves the stability of MAP bI3 films upon exposure to humidity and illumination, benefiting from the MAI-deficient thus H2O resistant surface.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced Photoelectric SrOCuSbS2 of a [SrO]-Intercalated CuSbS2 Structure.

TL;DR: A new two-dimensional (2D) layered oxysulfide, namely, SrOCuSbS2, was successfully synthesized at 160 °C by using a hydrazine-hydrothermal method, showing a high photoelectric property and the results of density of states (DOS) reveal that the valence band maximum (VBM) mainly consists of Cu-3d and S-3p states.
Journal ArticleDOI

Shanghai Soft X-Ray Free-Electron Laser Facility

TL;DR: The first coherent X-ray free-electron laser facility (SXFEL) is the first coherent FEL with the shortest wavelength down to 2 nm in China, which is based on a 1.5 GeV C-band linac as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Saponin accumulation in the seedling root of Panax notoginseng

TL;DR: The accumulation of saponins showed a time-dependent increase after germination of P. notoginseng roots during germination and juvenile stage and in the five-month-old root, all these five main saponin came into existence.
