Excited states of two-dimensional hole gas at the Al0.5Ga0.5As/GaAs interface
Leszek Bryja,O. Stern,M. Kubisa,Krzysztof Ryczko,Manfred Bayer,Jan Misiewicz,Alfred Forchel,O. P. Hansen +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, photoluminescence (PL) spectra of modulation doped p-type Al1−xGaxAs/GaAs heterostructures were studied at GaAs band gap region under the magnetic field up to 8 T in Faraday configuration.
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental and Theoretical Studies of Free and Acceptor-Bound Positive Magneto-Trions
Leszek Bryja,Arkadiusz Wójs,P. Płochocka-Polack,Anna Gładysiewicz,Jan Misiewicz,Marek Potemski +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the energy and recombination spectra of free and acceptor-bound positive trions in a quasi-two-dimensional hole gas were studied by combination of polarization-resolved photoluminescence, transport, and realistic numerics.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Fundamental optical properties of Zn3P2
TL;DR: In this article, a review of methods of obtaining Zn3P2crystals is presented, where single crystals applied in described be-low investigations were obtained by chemical vapour transport method9, and by directed physical transport method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetic and magnetoreflectivity study of quaternary manganese based semimagnetic semiconductors
TL;DR: In this paper, magnetoreflectivity of quaternary semimagnetic semiconductors with small Mn mole fraction: cubic Zn 0.1 Cd 0.89 Mn 0.01 Se 0.3 Te 0.7 were studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Evidence of Singlet-Triplet Crossing in Photoluminescence of Positively Charged Excitons in GaAs Quantum Wells
Leszek Bryja,Arkadiusz Wójs,J. Jadczak,Jan Misiewicz,Paulina Plochocka,Marek Potemski,Dirk Reuter,Andreas D. Wieck +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the Coulomb energies crossing of singlet and triplet trions in symmetric and asymmetric GaAs/Ga1−xAlxAs quantum wells were studied in polarization-resolved photoluminescence experiments in high magnetic fields B (up to 23 T) and low temperatures (down to 300 mK).
