Contactless electroreflectance of GaInN/AlInN multi quantum wells: The issue of broadening of optical transitions
Robert Kudrawiec,Marta Gladysiewicz,Marcin Motyka,Jan Misiewicz,Grzegorz Cywiński,Marcin Siekacz,Czeslaw Skierbiszewski +6 more
TL;DR: It has been shown that the observed variation of broadening for the fundamental transition is associated with the QW width fluctuations, and it has been estimated that the maximal width fluctuations in these MQWs equal ~2ML (~30% of theQW width).
Journal Article
Photoreflectance study of Al0.45Ga0.55As/GaAs superlattice: optical transitions at the miniband .GAMMA. and .PI. points
Marcin Motyka,Grzegorz Sęk,F. Janiak,Krzysztof Ryczko,Jan Misiewicz,Kamil Kosiel,Maciej Bugajski +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the results of photoreflectance (PR) investigation of an Al 0.45 Ga 0.55 As/ GaAs superlattice (SL) were presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pseudopotential Calculation of the Zn3P2 Energy Band Structure. Antifluoride Approximation
Jan Misiewicz,J. Andrzejewski +1 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Theoretical simulations of radiative recombination time in polar InGaN quantum wells
Marta Gladysiewicz,Robert Kudrawiec,Marcin Syperek,Jan Misiewicz,Marcin Siekacz,Grzegorz Cywiński,Czeslaw Skierbiszewski,Tadeusz Suski +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the radiative recombination time (τr) for inhomogeneous polar InGaN QWs emitting in the green spectral range was calculated in the framework of a model where the τr is inversely proportional to the electron-hole overlap integral.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhancement of Intersubband Absorption in GaInN/AlInN Quantum Wells
Grzegorz Cywiński,Czeslaw Skierbiszewski,Marcin Siekacz,M. Kryśko,A. Feduniewicz-Żmuda,Marta Gladysiewicz,Robert Kudrawiec,Jan Misiewicz,Laurent Nevou,N. Kheirodin,François H. Julien +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors showed a significant enhancement of ISB absorption for 15.5 A thick GaInN/AlInN multi QWs due to increase of the AlInN barrier width.
