TL;DR: Stage 2 of the Autism Genome Project genome-wide association study is reported, adding 1301 ASD families and bringing the total to 2705 families analysed, and it is reasonable to conclude that common variants affect the risk for ASD but their individual effects are modest.

Children in lesbian and single-parent households: psychosexual and psychiatric appraisal
TL;DR: It was concluded that rearing in a lesbian household per se did not lead to atypical psychosexual development or constitute a psychiatric risk factor, although there was some indication of more frequent psychiatric problems in the single-parent group.
