Emergence of tics in children with ADHD: impact of once-daily OROS methylphenidate therapy.

Evaluation of OPRM1 variants in heroin dependence by family-based association testing and meta-analysis
Stephen J. Glatt,Chad A. Bousman,Richard S. Wang,Kenton K. Murthy,Brinda K. Rana,Jessica Lasky-Su,Shao C. Zhu,Ruimin Zhang,Jianhua Li,Bo Zhang,Jixiang Li,Michael J. Lyons,Stephen V. Faraone,Ming T. Tsuang,Ming T. Tsuang,Ming T. Tsuang +15 more
TL;DR: A family-based association study and meta-analysis of case-control studies of opioid dependence found a lack of evidence for an association with the Asn40Asp SNP, suggesting a role of OPRM1 polymorphisms in determining risk for opioid dependence cannot be entirely discounted.
Journal ArticleDOI
