TL;DR: In this paper , a machine learning approach such as voted perceptron, K-nearest neighbor, logistic regression, and support vector machine with different kernels such as linear, sigmoid, poly, RBFN, Hoeffding tree, and random forest have been applied to diagnose the autism spectrum disorder.
Abstract: The neurodevelopmental and the behavioral disorder in the human brain are considered to be autism spectrum disorder. The procedure to diagnose ASD and the time to detect it is considered to be costly and lengthy. The computational diagnosis of ASD can be non-invasive and less time consuming process. Various machine learning techniques have been implemented to analyze the accuracy of the detection of autism spectrum disorder. Machine learning approaches such as voted perceptron, K-nearest neighbor, logistic regression, and support vector machine with different kernels such as linear, sigmoid, Poly, RBFN, Hoeffding tree, and random forest have been applied to diagnose the autism spectrum disorder. The opinion on prediction algorithms for identifying autism spectrum disorder indicates that the engagement of machine learning algorithm which is random forest predicts autism spectrum disorder more accurately.

TL;DR: In this paper, an organic non-linear optical crystal diphenyl urea with molecular formula C13H12N2O was synthesized and grown successfully by slow evaporation solution growth technique.
Abstract: Organic non-linear optical crystal diphenyl urea with molecular formula C13H12N2O was synthesized and grown successfully by slow evaporation solution growth technique. The single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirms that it crystallizes in orthorhombic crystal system with non-centrosymmetric space group Pna21. The various functional groups were identified qualitatively by Fourier transform-infra red (FT-IR) and FT-Raman techniques. The electron absorption spectrum was studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Thermal behavior of the crystal was evidenced by thermogravimetric (TG) and differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) analyses. From DSC the melt ing point of the crystal is found to be 145°C. The existence of second harmonic generation (SHG) signal was evidenced using Kurtz Perry powder test and the efficiency of the crystal was found to be 0.64 times that of the standard KDP crystal.

TL;DR: In this article, super hydrophobic coatings on metal surface were introduced to reduce the corrosion rate by introducing super-hydrophobic coating on metal surfaces, which reduced the penetration of surface attack in aluminium and its alloys.
Abstract: Most aircraft constructions are made of metal, and the common form of loss to those structures is corrosion. From the time the metal is manufactured, it must be protected from the damaging effects of the environment that surrounds it. Corrosion can greatly compromise the strength and integrity of the aircraft structure. When the protection fails, different forms of corrosion will be developed on the metal exposed to the environment. The corrosion behavior completely depends on the metal, its size and shape, its specific function, atmospheric conditions, and the corrosion producing agents. Aluminium and its alloys exhibit a wide range of corrosive attack. In general, the penetration of surface attack in aluminium is slow in rate but is accelerated in the presence of dissolved salts in an electrolyte. Our intention is to reduce the corrosion rate by introducing super hydrophobic coatings on metal surface. This protection can be the introduction of certain anti corrosion elements into the base metal, creating a corrosion resistant alloy, or the addition of coatings with higher water contact angle (WCA).

TL;DR: In this paper, a solar distillation is used for purifying salt water to drinking water and the water vaporized from the basin is condensed on the bottom side of a taper transparent cover.
Abstract: The world is facing the state of being scarce of fresh or drinking water and it is the major problem and global challenge. Along with air and food, water is a basic necessity for human. Solar energy is the biggest source of energy available on earth. A solar distillation is one of the methods for purifying salt water to drinking water. In this method fresh water is obtained by exposing a small layer of salt water to solar radiation and the water vaporized from the basin is condensed on the bottom side of a taper transparent cover. It can be collected in receiving troughs at the end of the still. For this research, a solar still has been designed, fabricated and tested under the climate condition of Coimbatore (11.01680 N, 76.9550 E), India from December 2016 to March 2017. The still basin area was 1m2 and the glass cover of still is inclined at 13 degree based on the city latitude. Solar still is integrated with thermal system such as solar photovoltaic system and then with solar pond in order to preheat the feed water thereby increasing the productivity considerably. Experiments were carried out on the still using different parameters and tested for performance. The results showed that the daily production of the conventional solar still was 2 Lit/m2/day and integrated with photovoltaic system and solar pond was 3.1 Lit/m2/day and 2.54 Lit/m2/day respectively.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors focus on testing the resource utilization in cloud infrastructure in general and memory utilization in particular, and evaluate the memory utilization with simulation of 10 users to 10,000 users.
Abstract: Testing in a cloud environment involves a range of tests to analyze various aspects of the system in various cloud adoption scenarios such as public, private, or hybrid. Performance testing is a key aspect of the cloud testing strategy and it evaluates the application/software for various issues such as speed, stability, and scalability under varying load conditions. The key issues that must be considered in a cloud set-up as a part of the performance testing strategy are collection of statistics on the load, conducting stress test, monitoring the memory, checking for elasticity and scalability. This paper focuses on testing the resource utilization in cloud infrastructure in general and memory utilization in particular. The memory utilization is evaluated in public and private cloud environment with simulation of 10 users to 10,000 users.
