TL;DR: Knowing of presence of CCJ as an etiology of shoulder pain is essential for rational therapy and will prevent misdiagnosis.
Abstract: Background: Coracoclavicular joint (CCJ) is a true synovial joint between superior surface of coracoid process of scapula and conoid tubercle of clavicle. The radiological prevalence of CCJ in various population ranges 0.55% to 21%. The CCJ are mostly discovered incidentally and is rarely associated with any symptom. Sometimes it may present with shoulder pain, limitation of shoulder movement, upper limb paresthesia and osteoarthritis of itself or adjacent acromioclavicular joint. Hence, this study is aiming to determine the prevalence of anomalous CCJ in patient visiting department of Radio-diagnosis in College of Medical Sciences, Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal and to observe association of CCJ with laterality, sides and gender. Methods: A total of 1936 digital chest x-rays films were observed for the presence of CCJ, out of which 1097 images were of male and 839 of females. Age of study population ranged from 3 to 90 years. The data obtained were analyzed using Stastical Package for Social Science version (SPSS) 16.0. The prevalence of CCJ was calculated. The cases with CCJ were further analyzed to evaluate the association of CCJ with laterality, sidedness and gender using Chi-square for one-dimensional "goodness of fit" test. Chi-square of Independence was employed to compare the various parameters (laterality and side) with genders. Results: The prevalence of CCJ was 4.6%. CCJ was more frequently observed in male (67.42%) than female (32.57%). Unilateral occurrence of CCJ (55.06%) was slightly more than bilateral (44.94%). Gender difference was not significantly associated with laterality and sidedness of joint (p<0.05). The incidence of CCJ was more in group C (between 20 to 29 years of age) in both male and female. Conclusions: CCJ is not rare, hence, knowledge of presence of CCJ as an etiology of shoulder pain is essential for rational therapy and will prevent misdiagnosis.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a blockchain and graph theory-based system to manage digital healthcare services, which is able to secure the health care data and minimize the data breaches in both data sharing and data storing components.
Abstract: In the rapid growth of information technology(IT) the internet of things (IoT) devices, cloud services, and smart devices play a major role in the healthcare sector and they have led a digital transformation in the present healthcare services. Digital healthcare services have paved the way for easier and more accessible treatments, and making humans lives far more comfortable. However, in the present healthcare sector, two major focuses must be addressed. They are data security and data ownership. Currently, the number of data breaches compromising confidential healthcare data is on the rise. Recently large no of patients are impacted by data breaches. Moreover, the average cost of healthcare data breaches is going high. AS a solution for this authors suggest a well-secured data transformation and storing method is able to minimize this issue. Therefore in this research authors propose a Blockchain and Graph theory-based system to manage digital healthcare services. Since blockchains are secured because of its transparency in the proposed solution blockchain technology is used to share the data. Moreover, the health care sector is one of the massive big data generating fields. Therefore to make the processers efficient and secure the data, the authors propose a graph-related data storing method. The main objective of this research is to secure the health care data and minimize the data breaches in both data sharing and data storing components.

TL;DR: The proposed system is a statistical dashboard that not only keeps track of all the operations from client request to order delivery but also takes into consideration security of client data by enforcing various security mechanisms.
Abstract: Dashboards allow managers in keep track of various activities and developments in their departments. There are various existing enterprise resource planning systems that are standardized that can be used by trading sales industry. However there are various modules that are redundant to this industry that affect the speed and efficiency of the system. The proposed system is a statistical dashboard that not only keeps track of all the operations from client request to order delivery but also takes into consideration security of client data by enforcing various security mechanisms. The system has six modules including login module and five dashboards. The login module is secured using SHA256 hash to store password, variable salt and ReCaptcha mechanism. The five dashboards included in the system are Sourcing Dashboard, Accounts Dashboard, Operation Dashboard, Sales Dashboard and Admin Dashboard. The dashboard is tested to be secured from SQL Injection, Cross Site Scripting attack (XSS), Cross Site Request Forgery attack (CSRF), Brute Force and Session Fixation.

TL;DR: Serum zinc level in patients with cutaneous viral warts was significantly low as compared to the healthy controls, and there was a strong association between low serum zinc level and cutaneous Viral Warts.
Abstract: DOI: https://doi.org/10.3126/njdvl.v17i1.23153 Introduction: Cutaneous viral warts are one of the common skin disorders in general population which can affect any age group and any gender in any country and pose a significant health problem. A possible association with zinc has been suggested in previous studies. Zinc is known to be required for efficient functioning of immune system. Objective: To find out the association between serum zinc level and cutaneous viral warts. Materials and methods: In this case-control study, total of hundred patients were enrolled. Among them 50 (males – 27, females – 23) with cutaneous viral warts were taken as cases and 50 (males – 25, females – 25) healthy individuals were taken as controls after matching the age and sex. The patients were selected from Dermatology outpatient Department of Universal College of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Bhairahawa, Nepal. The serum zinc level was measured using spectrophotometry principle. Results: The mean serum zinc level in the cases and controls were 80.50±37.24 mg/dl and 104.31±25.31 mg/dl respectively. Significant difference in serum zinc level was observed between cases and controls (p=0.0001). There was a strong association between low serum zinc level and cutaneous viral warts (OR=7.37; 95% CI=1.98 – 27.31; p=0.0028). Conclusion: Serum zinc level in patients with cutaneous viral warts was significantly low as compared to the healthy controls. Keywords: Immune system, micronutrients, papillomaviridae, warts, zinc

TL;DR: In this article, the authors mainly concentrate on the Sri Lankan Online Clothing stores and try to examine the online consumers' buying behavior based on ethnicity, and implement classification models that can predict the cloth type and the color of the clothes based on consumers' ethnicities.
Abstract: With the busy lives, people feel uncomfortable and have less time to go to a shop and buy things nowadays. E-Shopping is rapidly growing during the last decade simply because people are able to purchase items from these online platforms 24x7. Online shopping is a process where consumers buy goods and services from a shop or a seller over the internet. Popular websites like AlieExpress, eBay are good examples of that. Presently this Online-shopping concept is also very popular in Sri Lanka. In this research, the authors mainly concentrate on the Sri Lankan Online Clothing stores and try to examine the online consumers buying behavior based on ethnicity. The authors chose Sri Lanka since Sri Lanka is a multi-ethnic country. There are mainly four ethnicities live in Sri Lanka. They are Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims, and Burghers. For this research mainly Sinhalese and Tamils, the two main ethnicities are considered. In this research, the study authors analyze the buying behavior of those two ethnicities such as cloth types, favorite colors in online clothing shopping platforms. Moreover, in this research, authors implement classification models that can predict the cloth type and the color of the clothes based on consumers' ethnicities. The main benefit of this research would go to Sri Lankan online sellers. They would be able to get a clear understanding of the buying behaviors and the expectations of the consumers based on their ethnicities. Moreover, from this, sellers could improve their sales and online shopping users can get an attractive and good online shopping experience.
