Co@Co3O4 nanoparticle embedded nitrogen-doped carbon architectures as efficient bicatalysts for oxygen reduction and evolution reactions

In this paper, Co@Co 3 O 4 nanoparticle embedded nitrogen-doped carbon architectures (denoted as Co@co 3 o 4 /NCs) are prepared via a simple two-step and in situ approach by carbonization and subsequent oxidation of Co-MOF containing high contents of carbon and nitrogen.
