Preventing root tip loss in the maxillary sinus during endodontic surgery

TL;DR: A simple technique for preventing accidental root tip intrusion into the maxillary sinus using a 6-0 suture and needle and a hole prepared in the root tip with a #2 round bur prior to apicoectomy is presented.

Reverse sandwich restoration for the management of invasive cervical resorption: a case report.

TL;DR: The roots were externally reinforced by filling the resorptive defect with a combination of composite and resin-modified glass ionomer cement, proposed as reverse sandwich restoration (RSR), which was well tolerated by the periodontal tissues.

Radiopacity and flow of different endodontic sealers.

TL;DR: All sealers presented radiopacity and flow values according to ISO and ANSI/ADA recommendaitons, and AH Plus, Epiphany, and Epiphany SE had similar values.

Comparative evaluation of root canal disinfection by conventional method and laser: An in vivo study

TL;DR: Conventional method by using sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide as irrigating solutions is highly effective in disinfecting the root canal and can also reduce the bacterial load of the infected root canal.
