Comparison between rotary and manual instrumentation in primary teeth.
TL;DR: The use of rotary files in primary teeth has several advantages when compared with manual K files: the efficiency in both, preparation time and root canal shape, and the shape is more conical, favoring a higher quality of the root canal filling, and increasing clinical success.

Periradicular radiographic assessment in diabetic and control individuals.
TL;DR: Type 2 diabetes is associated with an increased risk of ill response by the periradicular tissues to odontogenic pathogens, which means that men with type 2 diabetes who had endodontic treatments were more likely to have residual lesions after treatment.
