Comparison between rotary and manual instrumentation in primary teeth.

TL;DR: The use of rotary files in primary teeth has several advantages when compared with manual K files: the efficiency in both, preparation time and root canal shape, and the shape is more conical, favoring a higher quality of the root canal filling, and increasing clinical success.

An in vivo comparison of working length determination by only root-ZX apex locator versus combining root-ZX apex locator with radiographs using a new impression technique

TL;DR: Using a Root ZX Electronic Apex Locator combined with radiographs is recommended for the determination of working length, although there was no statistical significance between those 2 groups in this study.

A scanning electron microscope study comparing the efficacy of hand instrumentation with ultrasonic instrumentation of the root canal

TL;DR: Assessment of the efficacy of hand instrumentation and ultrasonic instrumentation for debriding root canals was made by scanning electron microscopy, and no difference in the appearance of the rootCanals was observed when comparing the two techniques.

Complete and partial contour zirconia designs for crowns and fixed dental prostheses: A clinical report

TL;DR: Clinical situations where efforts were made to minimize or eliminate porcelain coverage on posterior zirconia crowns and a fixed dental prosthesis, while still achieving acceptable, but not optimal, esthetics are described.

Periradicular radiographic assessment in diabetic and control individuals.

TL;DR: Type 2 diabetes is associated with an increased risk of ill response by the periradicular tissues to odontogenic pathogens, which means that men with type 2 diabetes who had endodontic treatments were more likely to have residual lesions after treatment.
