The localization of blood-borne bacteria in instrumented unfilled and overinstrumented canals
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors determined if blood-borne bacteria can be attracted and localized inside completely instrumented but unfilled canals, despite repeated weekly intravenous injections of saline suspensions of Streptococcus sanguis F43 for over a 2-month period, none of the canals were able to attract the microorganisms from the bloodstream.
